Mark Pruett and Chris Nation have been in the construction industry for over 35 years. They began their careers early in life in the residential construction industry and soon branched out and formed their own sucessful business in Cobb County.

After several years of successful business, Chris moved to the Pickens county area. Mark advanced his opportunities and joined a company specializing in both residential and commercial development as a supervisor over all areas of the construction process. This experience eventually led him to where he has worked for the last 10 years in the high end residential construction industry as a well known and well respected construction superintendent for companies specializing in multi-million dollar remodels and new home construction.

Chris has been an independent home builder in Pickens County for the last 18 years. He has built hundreds of high quality homes in the Pickens, Cherokee, Dawson, Forsyth, Gordon and Gilmer county areas. His reputation is outstanding among area business leaders and with all local banks and lending institutions specializing in new home construction.
